Event #81 @ TPU

Thanks to everyone for making parkrun #81 another great parkrunday at Taman Pudu Ulu, Kuala Lumpur. Every week we are pleased to welcome visitors from far and wide, who along with our regular parkrunners, This week we had 77 parkrunners with 15 first time participants to Taman Pudu Ulu, of which we had 9 participants taking part in the first ever parkrun. One of our first time participants this week was Allison Yee, a Malaysian Duathlon athlete who took part in the South East Asian (SEA) Games in 2019. This week we had visitors from the UK and Australia.


Congratulations to this week’s male first finisher was junior runner Seng Wei Yip, from KL, who finished the course with a PB of 21:11 and second placed runner Iqbal who also finished with a PB of 21.25. Well done to TPU regular Carla Butterfield, who was our female first finisher in a time of 24:38.
